Tremor teens have a unique opportunity to make a difference with products and services that impact their lives everyday. Your teen joined Tremor because they want their opinions to be heard. Tremor connects teens to companies who value their ideas and want to ensure that they are incorporated into the development of new products and services.
Freedom of speech is the driving principal of Tremor. Members are always encouraged to speak freely, whether positive or negative. Tremor never tells teens what to say. We want teens to be honest about products and services that they are introduced to through Tremor… no matter what their opinion.
Tremor is operated by The Procter & Gamble Company and is a marketing service that works with a number of companies in industries such as entertainment, fashion, music, food and beauty. Tremor members get an opportunity to be involved in the creation and launch of new ideas and programs from companies around the world.
Tremor and P&G are committed to safeguarding your teen's privacy. You can rest assured that your teens will remain safe. We do not sell our members' personal information to third parties and we've developed our privacy policy according to the strictest industry guidelines. Most importantly, membership in Tremor is strictly voluntary. It’s always free to participate and your teen can quit at any time.
We do not use point systems, but members do get samples or coupons in the mail from time to time. These samples and products are not compensation for participation; we send these so that they can experience the product first-hand. This will allow them to form an honest opinion and give the most direct feedback.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
We're in the business of assisting companies to help them better understand the needs of teenagers. Our clients are interested in our Members' feedback, whether positive or negative, and their willingness to share information and their opinions with their friends. (Keep in mind, Tremor never tells its Members what to say - they have the choice to spread the word about the things that Tremor sends them or not.)
We will send your son or daughter a weekly newsletter with information on new Tremor programs giving them a chance to speak their mind on new products, music, and ideas. From time to time we send programs to your house, which usually contain info about a new product or idea, and may contain coupons or samples. -
HOW DID YOU GET MY SON/DAUGHTER'S NAME?
Your teen may have heard about Tremor through a number of different ways - they probably heard about us from a friend or saw one of our online ads. When your son/daughter joined Tremor, they gave us their name. -
DOES IT COST ANYTHING FOR MY TEEN TO BE INVOLVED WITH Tremor?
No. it's absolutely free for your teen to join and stay involved with Tremor. Involvement is voluntary and your teen can opt out at any time. -
HOW MUCH TIME IS INVOLVED IN BEING A MEMBER?
We'll be in touch with your teen about once a week via our weekly online newsletter. It takes about 5-10 minutes for your teen to participate in the programs we send them. Visiting Tremor.com weekly is voluntary, but encouraged to stay up to date. -
WHY DOES TREMOR NEED TO COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION?
The only way we can keep in touch and deliver programs, samples, and general communications to Members is to mail or email them. That is why we request that Members keep us up to date on their personal information.
